Assists supervising and coordinating the safe activities of workers with the goal of the greatest productivity at the highest level of efficiency.
Cycle counts inventory locations based on system design.
Create inventory into locations and follow specific reporting protocols to inform accounting.
Trains all new Pick Reserve employees in all functions of the area as well as any cross training necessary.
Assists in determining work procedures and expedites workflow, taking into consideration all areas of the DC.
Trained and certified on all equipment in the warehouse, including all power equipment.
Trains employees on methods and use of handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock.
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures and reports progress of this work to manager.
Works to maintain a positive work environment and seeks management help if needed.
Maintain a clean work area and common area. Follow safety rules and report hazards to the area Manager.
Issues written and oral instructions as directed by the area manager or supervisor.
Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures, and informing appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.
