The 3 PL/OSD Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the existing and future 3PL pool points for Hibbett and all related operational tasks and communication associated with the pool points. This individual is also responsible for monitoring the OSD functions related to the pool points, all outbound deliveries and all inbound deliveries to the DC. They also assist in reporting for Fleet Operations and in the overall functions of the Traffic/Logistics Department as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
3PL POOL POINT OPERATION
Daily coordinate with outbound to provide estimates to carriers on necessary equipment for line hauls to all points.
Responsible for working with the providers to set store delivery schedules. Review any adjustments to existing schedules.
Responsible for communication to all areas of the business (stores, DC, providers, carriers) regarding Pool Points.
Prepares any changes in schedule due to holidays or special deliveries and communicates to all levels of store operations and providers.
Monitors the transportation/logistics group audit of late returns in-transit from the Pool Points.
Coordinates with the providers in seeking resolution of late returns to our DC.
Responsible for review and random audit of carton rates on weekly invoices.
Assists in maintaining detail and summary year-to-date information regarding deliveries and expenses for each pool point.
Provides regular scheduled reports on all pool point statistics and expenses.
Serve as the first point of contact in all directions regarding all pool pointes.
OSD (Over, Short, Damage) CLAIMS OPERATION
Works closely with Traffic Specialists regrading communication related to OSD research , filing and management of all claims issues.
Responsible for direct communication or review of all communication to the vendors, stores, providers and carriers regarding any claims.
Coordinate efforts of Traffic Specialists and receiving personnel to respond timely and efficiently to all potential claims issues.
Oversee all documentation and records involving claims.
Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports regarding OSD claims for all phases of the DC (outbound, inbound, small package and pool).
Responsible for communication with carriers, vendors, providers and AP as required resolving any claims disputes.
Works closely with Traffic Specialist to ensure processes associated with the fleet Regions and CLC credit cards are followed.
Works closely with Traffic Specialist to ensure all weekly fuel tax data is processed through the Fleetmatics system.
Maintain historical record of fuel expenses from all sources.
Maintain records of Hibbett work orders/ and expenses associated with onsite Hibbett fleet maintenance.
Trained as backup to the Transportation Manager for completion of Driver Payroll.
Assists Transportation Manager in communication to Fleet delivered stores as necessary.
Responsible for data entry of the Transportation side of the internal Transportation and Logistics P & L.
Daily provides update regarding NCLB (no carton left behind) from the Air Clic Report to DC staff.
Daily provides overall delivery summary totals for the morning OPS meeting.
Weekly provides a delivery scorecard for 3PL and LTL deliveries.
Weekly provides OSD Claims report for 3PL and inbound/outbound claims.
Weekly provides a late Returns Carton Report for 3PL locations.
Weekly provides summary Air Clic Report for all fleet deliveries.
Monthly provides a report of time and expense of onsite Hibbett fleet maintenance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Microsoft Office required with strong emphasis in Excel. AS400 and JDA/Manhattan or other Transportation Management systems preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
